SHIPPING RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping for all orders above a certain amount. In the United States, orders over $100 qualify for free shipping while orders below this threshold are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee. For other countries, a $20 shipping and handling fee may apply.
Please note that we cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
Additionally, if taxes apply in your country, they will be charged at checkout.
Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. Unfortunately, we are unable to upgrade your shipping selection or change your shipping address once your order is shipped.
All orders, including custom items, are charged at the time of purchase.
 

CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team at support@mishky.com and elvira.martinez@mishky.com before 1pm EST on the day the order was placed. Please be aware that once you receive the final email confirmation containing your tracking information, we may not be able to make changes to your order.

 

ORDER DAMAGED 

In the unfortunate event that your package contents are damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@mishky.com and elvira.martinez@mishky.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to address the issue and attempt to repair or replace any damaged items, if possible.
Please note that we must be notified of any damages upon delivery, and we kindly ask that you report any issues within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

 

MISSING ORDER

After your package has been delivered to your designated shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or unretrievable packages. To ensure the safety of your package, we strongly recommend selecting a secure shipping location. 
If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us at support@mishky.com and Elvira.martinez@mishky.com as soon as possible. We can modify the address provided the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has been shipped. 
If your package goes missing in transit, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. However, please note that as the recipient, you will also need to file a claim with the shipping provider.
We value your satisfaction and will do everything we can to assist you with any issues related to lost or unretrievable packages.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY

We gladly accept returns of full-priced products in their original, unworn, and unused condition within 14 days of your purchase. Returns received within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for credit card refunds to be completed by your bank.
To initiate a return request, please email us at support@mishky.com and elvira.martinez@mishky.com. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items to Mishky. Returns requested after 7 days of purchase are only eligible for store credit. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned.
Once a return has been delivered to Mishky, please allow up to 10 business days (M-F) for us to inspect and process the return. We will send an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Please be aware that we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to returned goods during shipping. We ask that our customers take care to package their returns carefully and in the original packaging, otherwise, we may return the item(s) to the sender. 
If Mishky has made a mistake, we will gladly reimburse the customer for the return shipping costs. 
During holiday promotional periods beginning in December, customers may request returns until January 5th. Please note that returns requested during this time may take longer to process due to increased holiday volume. Returns requested after January 5th will be eligible for store credit only. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy season.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide detailed instructions via email.
 

GIFT RETURNS

If you would like to return a Mishky item that was gifted to you, please send us an email at support@mishky.com and elvira.martinez@mishky.com with the name and email address of the original purchaser. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items to Mishky. Once we receive and process your return, you will receive an email from Mishky confirming your refund in the form of store credit.

 

EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary. We offer exchanges through a return of your original order and store credit to place a new order for the exchange item of your choice. To initiate an exchange, please ship the merchandise back to us in its original packaging to ensure there is no damage in transit.
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the merchandise must be new, unworn, in its original condition, and packaging, and must have been purchased within the last 14 days. Returns must be postmarked within the 14-day authorized return window in order to be accepted. Please note that we only accept exchanges for items that are the same price or higher than your original purchase.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending returns to Mishky and the shipping cost of the new exchanged item.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS OR DISCOUNTED SALE MERCHANDISE.
